I wanted residential cameras but didn't want to be locked in to a monthly fee/subscription. I also wanted multiple wired cameras and not something based on Wi-Fi. I Had all my own equipment and had trouble finding someone to professionally install it for me. When all the other security companies said, "No." Tim stepped up and was a firm 'Yes!" They scheduled me promptly, and even bumped me up by two days, which was quite nice! Then the installers showed up, and Tyler and Eric did a fantastic job with installation! This is my first time getting an alarm system installed and this company really set the bar high! Nichole was very professional and personable, and she thoroughly went over the advantages of an ADT system vs the competitors. (She also gave us some tips regarding the local area which turned out to be great!). Two days later, our installer Eric showed up, and the great service continued.
